More About Us
The Sourcing
Cora Ball is made completely in Vermont with 100% recycled and diverted-from-landfill materials. We work with local manufacturers and businesses to support local workers and make the smallest footprint possible (sharing truck space for transportation and reusing packaging materials!).
The Sustainability
We are committed to zero plastic packaging for all of our orders. All of the boxes, paper tape, and informational materials to get you started preventing microfiber pollution are fully recyclable.
The Spark
Cora Ball was born out of our work as the nonprofit, Rozalia Project for a Clean Ocean. We learned about microfiber pollution in our oceans coming from our washing machines and we knew we had to come up with a solution that everyone who washes their clothes in a washing machine could use.
The Differentiator
Cora Ball is the world's first microfiber catching laundry ball and is as easy to use as dropping or tossing it into the drum. Not only can it tangle and capture fibers that are too small to see with your naked eye, in an independent test, Cora Ball was found to reduce microfiber shedding from clothes in the first place - protecting the clothes and helping them last longer!
The Favorite
Cora Ball! We never do laundry with out it.
The Motto
Our mission is to protect and conserve our ocean and planet by creating products that reduce waste, use sustainable materials, employ low footprint methods and raise awareness. We operate on the premise that lots of little efforts make a big, positive impact.

About the Brand
We noticed a problem. Every time we do laundry, our clothes shed tiny, unseen microfibers (including plastic), which go down the drains of our washing machines and into our waterways. And most of us don’t even know it! There’s plastic hiding in our waterways and ocean! That’s not great for the animals living in those waters or for us.
