The Spark
In early 2020, our founder had a bad reaction to a store-bought lip balm. Due to the extensive list of ingredients, she was unable to pinpoint the ingredient/s that caused the reaction. She started making her own lip balm at home, using high-quality, minimal and organic natural ingredients. Her skin cleared up! She continued experimenting and making other body care products at home. The combination of her holistic plant-based lifestyle, love of animals, passion to help fight climate change, and dental background is how Happi Hippo Plant Organics was born.
The Differentiator
Our founder and CEO is a dentist and wanted to make sure that the oral care products are not only safe, but also clinically effective. She makes the lip balms, body scrubs, body butters, and these other body care products in small batches right in her kitchen.

Our most popular products are our dental line products, including the bamboo toothbrushes, biodegradable vegan dental floss, and toothpaste tablets.
The Motto
Our motto is "Eco clean plant-based, for a happi you and a happi planet!" Not only are our products good for you, but we ensure to be respectful to animals and the planet. That is why we are cruelty-free and we donate a percentage of our sales to replant trees!
